In 2020, the Francine A. LeFrak Foundation established a Women in Tech scholars program. In line with the Foundation's vision, the program creates opportunities for women from underrepresented communities to earn significantly higher wages and experience accelerated career advancement. Since then, over 300 women who have experienced severe financial hardship have enrolled. Through up-skilling workshops, mentorship events, and financial coaching, these women are now on a path to a new life.
